This type of machine is mainly designed for automatic cage unloading operation after sterilization for various kinds of tinplate drink and food cans and second-sterilization plastic bottle drink, etc. Filled cans stacked in sterilization cage (basket) were pushed from bottom to top and by layer, onto mesh-conveyor, by which the cans shall be conveyed for spray washing, drying, ink jet labeling and packaging, etc. During the whole cage unloading process, separation pad extraction, can unloading, elevation and empty cage stopping are fully automatic. This machine replaces manual work and saves manpower and greatly enhances production efficiency.

Separation pad (high temperature-resistant plastic separation pad) automatic pad extraction and releasing structure Before cage unloading of filled can, separation pad is automatically sucked and released by using vacuum suction disc, then filled can steadily conveyed by separation layer conveying structure to separation board stacking cage basket, which will be delivered for cage loading standby. 2. Positioning device for cage unloading By using hydraulic pressure station and cylinder set and positioning device consisting of micro switches, detects correct position of sterilization cage entering cage unloading chamber. After unloading of filled cans for each layer, next layer is automatically rise to the correct height. 3. Hydraulic pressure lifter for cage unloading of main chamber Lifter for cage unloading lift sterilization cage bottom tray and separation pad to can unloading height and automatically positioned, before cage unloading of first layer of filled cans. After unloading of one layer of filled cans, lifter ascended to the height for unloading of second layer of cans and repeat until unloading of sterilization cage is completed. All up and down lift operations automatically controlled by hydraulic pressure lift system facilities with PLC programmable controller. 4. Unloading device for cage unloading and can pushing By using track type can unloading device, whole layer of filled cans steadily conveyed to mesh-conveyor before returning to standby position for repeating the same cycle until full cage can unloading is completed. All operations’ positioning are controlled by limit switch, photoelectric switch and PLC controller, which results in steady conveying, accurate positioning, compact and well-arranged can layers that avoid cans falling. 5. Can conveying platform device By mesh-conveyor cans are conveyed and aligned automatically for subsequent spray washing, drying, ink jet, packaging and other procedures. Each procedure is smoothly connected with next procedure.
