Taizhou Zion Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is a branch of Huangyan Group, to be set up as a production-oriented factory with independent import & export right focusing on international market.
Huangyan Group was established in 1986. Starting from a family workshop, now Huangyan Group has six factories in China including Shanghai Huangyan Mould Material Co., Ltd., and five manufacturing industry factories.
Huangyan Group has been engaged in the businesses of Auto Trade, Auto Parts, Steel Trade, Automotive interior and exterior trim manufacture, Aluminum casting wheel design and manufacture, Mold Design and manufacture, Standard model frame manufacture, Automotive component design, Car Modification Design, Plastic prouducts OEM industry and so on.
In 1986, there was a hardware workshop founded on a base of 1200RMB, and the workshop was manufacturing small forge pieces.
In 1989, we established Huanyan Mold Forging Factory to manufacture Mould material.
In 1992, we put in 800,000RMB and bought a 600-square-meter of land to expand the factory and the product scale.
In 1994, we summed up 20,000,000RMB and by merging Shanghai Kunyang Steel Mold Frame Factory, we established Shanghai Huangyan Mould Material Co. Ltd. This is our first step in Shanghai.
In 1995, we established a sales center in Beijing for Die Forgings, and opened offices in Jinan, Zhenzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou, Fuzhou and Wenzhou, which form a sales net all over China.
In 1996, we got ISO9002 Management System authentication.
At the same year, we reformed the internal structure of our company and formed the Huanyan Mould Group, which included 6 wholly-owned subsidiaries, 7 core layer enterprises and 15 other companies. Till then, we have realized an integrative professional group company for material supply, mould design and mould manufacture.
In 1999, we formed the Shanghai Huangyan Molding Engineering Co. Ltd., which focused on mould design, mould manufacture and mould injection machining.
At the same year, Huanyan Group had its first success of 100 million RMB.
This was the year we stepped into our second period of development, with the establishment of Shandong Huanyan Steel Work Materials Trade Center.
In 2000, we purchased the Shanghai Hujiang Forging Plant.
At the same year, we formed Shanghai Huangyan Economic&Trade Co., Ltd.
In 2001, we established Shanghai Huangyan Science Electric Co., Ltd., and entered the international market.
At the same year, we designed a whole set of automobile moulds.
In 2002, we built our first Automatic Painting Line, and finally sold the products to customers directly.
The same year, we passed the ISO9000.
In 2003, we improved the management of auto item production and passed the ISOTS16949.
In 2006, we established Wuhu Huangyan Enterprise Limited, and we began our Aluminium Wheel Project Engineering.
In 2006, we started our try on the tertiary industry by Taizhou Yanjing Business Hotel.
In 2007, we established KunShan Huanyan Steel Materials Co., Ltd. and began the flagship project of DIE steel.
At the same year, Huanyan Group began its try on overseas investment.
Also, we got an achievement of 1 billion RMB.
In 2008, we organized the working group of Southeast Asia, South Africa and Russia.
At the same year, the Huangyan Science Center was founded, and here the sign of our industrial adjustment.
In 2011, we established Taizhou Zion Industry& Trade Co., Ltd.
With decades of Group's mould development experience , advanced equipments and professianl teams,Zion has an integration ability from mould development to product manufacturing by production line equipped with a range of plastic injection moulding machines shot weight from 100g to 60,000g becoming one of the leading manufacturers of plastic moulds and products in China ! ! !
