A).With 2 sets HEC-G4m*14m and 2sets HEC-G6m*14m CNC cutting machine;1 set 600tons of hydraulic machine;20 sets KH-500 welding machine .can be produced the Max. Thickness 650mm , Max. Width 4500mm kinds of plate . The processing straightness m=0.5mm .
B).with 8 sets production line ,mainly produce GI/CRC/HRC/PPGI coils and sheets . And the size range is :thickness 0.18mm-1.2mm for the GI CRC and PPGI . And ID is 508/610mm.
C).with 3 sets machine for producing the Finned Tube and Heat Exchange equipment . And have a capability 1000 metres per month for producing the Extruded Fin Tube , G/L style Finned Tube .
D).With annual capacity of 30,000tons.1450mm acid pickling production line can produce with specification of 1.5-5.0mm*800-1450mm .
E).With capacity of 200,000tons,1380mm cold rolling production line can produce 0.2-1.2mm *800*1250mm.
F).300,000tons/year 1250galvanized production line can produce the 0.2-1.2mm*800-1250mm
G).With capacity of 200,000 tons 1250 color coated plate production line can produce specification 0.2-1.2mm*800-1250mm PPGI coils .
