Managed by an experienced American trained professional team, HCE knows how to meet and exceed demanding international quality and service standards and successfully combines lower Chinese manufacturing costs with top quality western management. This allows us to pass on the highest quality products to our customers with considerable cost savings.
To provide our customers with one-stop solutions, we are fully equipped with modern facilities and experienced engineers and workers. Our resources include:
1. A spacious 20,000 square meter workshop and 150 skilled workers
2. 6 experienced HVAC industry designers
3. On premises tooling design and workshop
4. 40 stamping press machines
5. 2 AC motor assembly lines and 3 cross flow fan assembly lines
6. Profile Projector, XRF, CMM, VMS, AC/DC power source, Anemoscope, Air flow tester, and noise tester
7. Marketing and service center in Chicago, USA
These state of the art facilities and our qualified team allow us to:
1. Manufacture more than 90% of our components "in house" .
2. Operate within stringent ERP and LEAN standards with ISO9001 certification, 6S management, and strict quality control processes including FMEA, SPC, GR&R.
3. Provide CE, VDE and UL approval for our motor and complete fans
4. Produce more than 2 million pcs/year (8000/day), allowing us to achieve leading status in global cross fan supply
5. Produce standard fans with short lead times of 20-30 days, allowing fast turnaround for our customers
6. Provide after-sales service and quick response to our North American customers' needs through our Chicago office
7. Provide English-language service through our four native English speaking employees so that we can communicate smoothly with our international customers
