This Product is well accepted by hospitals in Malaysia. It has been tested against many imported brands like Aladdin, Rieber and has been shown to maintain temperatures are a similar or even better rate.
There are 2 different system for hospital food service. (1) The Close System which is the Menutray. (2) The Open System which is more flexible which is for the Plate and Bowl set.
The Menutray is 54 x 38 x 8cm consisting of a top cover and base. It can hold a 25cm Dinner Plate, Soup Bowl and 2 Rectangular Dishes. There is also a compartment for a mug and fork and Spoon.
