Hebei Xingu Pipeline Manufacturing Co.Ltd , established in 2007,covers a total area of 82,300 square meters. Located in the Zhenggang Industrial Development Zone,Yanshan County of Hebei Province, Which is well-known as ''Chinese National Manufacture Base of Pipeline Equipment''. The company owns a very convenient transportation to the Port of Tianjin, The Expressway of Tianjin Shantou, The Highway of Beijing Shanghai and The National Road No 205.
Adopting advanced production instruments and advanced technology , our company professionally produces and sells many kinds of steel pipes and pipe fittings .The material of them are carbon steel ,stainless steel and alloy steel with executive standards of ANSI,ASME,ASTM,API ,JIS,DIN,BS,EN,GB,HG,SH,SHJ,SGJ and so on. The OD range of them is from 21.3-1420mm with wall thickness up to SCH 160.There are four production lines in our company with a annual production capacity more than 90000 tons.
Our products mainly include seamless steel pipes, LSAW steel pipes, forging flange, elbow, tee, cross, reducer, caps and so on. Flange is the most representative one in our products. We have senior engineers with rich experience to produce and supply slip-on flange, welding neck flange, threaded flange, socket flange and lap joint flange.
By now, our company has attained Rhine certification, German(TUV)ISO9001 quality management system certification, European pressure equipment and material PED97/23/EC certification and German pressure equipment and material AD2000-WO certification. We have also passed the pressure pipe component manufacturing safety registered certification of the State Quality Inspection Administration. Therefore, more and more guarantee shows a high quality of our products to customers.
The products are widely applied to oil and gas pipelines and construction steel structures including petroleum pipelines, natural gas pipelines, urban pipe networks, coal, water or slurry pipelines of mines ,high-voltage transmission lines ,electric power ,chemical and metallurgy industries and so on.
