Sichuan Skyhorse Glass Co., Ltd. (SSG) is a joint venture established by Sichuan Tuopai Shede Group(40%) and Malaya Glass Products (60%) with 16.8million US dollars , the later one is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fraser & Neave Holding Bhd,which is one of the reputable foods & beverage companies in Malaysia.In February 2003, No.1 furnace was officially put into operation, with an annual output of 80,000 tons of glass bottle.In February 2005, SSG got ISO9001 quality certification system , and passed supplier qualifications of Heineken Netherlands, Budweiser US, Pepsi Cola and Coca Cola Company.In November 2006, SSG was selected into China Daily Glass Industry Famous Products and Production Enterprises List, and won the title of "Sichuan Brandname" product.In 2017, both shareholders of TM newly increased the capital to 48.84 million US dollars, Tuopai Shede Company accounts for 60% of the company, O-I accounts for 40%.
SSG's batch plant ,furnace, forming machine, scrutiny machine, as well as packaging system were strictly selected and purchased from more than 10 international standard-glass bottle equipment supplier like U.S.A, Germany, France, Singapore, Italy, Sweden, U.K,Switzerland and etc.
SSG produces glass bottles in accordance with quality standard of European and world class brands. We began to come into manufacture in 2003. We have two furnaces and six IS machines. Our combined capacity is 500MT per day or 150,000 Mt per year. The bottle has characteristics such as scientific ingredients, small capacity deviation, uniform thickness and high intensity. Our products cover glass bottle & jar for spirit, beer, wine, juice and sauce, and food package with various shapes, grades and colors. According customers request, we also make light weight glass bottle to meet market needs and do secondary tech such as such as sand-blasting and decaling.
Now,we have lasting and strong business tie with local sauce plants,craft breweries and wine makers,and in good cooperation with Budweiser China,Carlsberg China and Heineken Mongolia.
