In the early 90s of the last century, we begin manufacture small springs for a local MCB manufacturing company. By then, we are just a small spring manufacturing company. Most products are tiny compression springs and tiny torsional springs for MCB. Due to our good quality and excellent service, we impress more and more customers in MCB, Mining Machines, kitchen equipment, automotive chassis parts, etc.
By 2011, we move to a new plant in Wenzhou. It’s a brand-new milestone for the company. This plant lies in a modern economic development zone, running by local government. More important, it includes a coating center especially for surface treatment. It lower down a lot the surface treatment cost and reduce the delivery time. Meanwhile, it assures a quick response to any quality issues for coating.
For a better competition, we started to bring ERP and automation evolution to our company in 2012. Now, we have three modern automation production line, more than 100 full-time workers, 200 CNC coiling machines, over 30 test equipment.
