ZJM has established itself as a world leader in the supply of Cast Alnico Permanent Magnets with a manufacturing capacity in excess of 800 tons annually. 

Our SmCo magnets are widely used in applications such as DC Motors, Servo-motors, pump couplings, and sensors.  SmCo is well suited to applications where the magnet is required to operate at high temperatures, across a wide temperature range, or in a corrosive environment.

ZJM's first-class Manufacturing Equipment, Analytical Instrumentation and Inspection Equipment help to insure the exacting quality of our Cast Alnico and SmCo Magnets, Magnetic Assemblies and Components which are manufactured to more than 3,000 individual customer specifications. 

Our Permanent Magnets, Magnetic Assemblies, and Components are supplied into the four recognized application groups - utilizing the attractive and repulsive force of magnets (magnetic torque devices), converting mechanical to electrical energy (magnetos), converting electrical to mechanical energy (motors) ,and particle trajectory (magnetrons). 

Our Permanent Magnets, Assemblies and Components are sold to widely diverse hi-tech industries including Electrical Instruments, Machinery, Meters, Communication Equipment, Automation, Automobile, Detector and Sensor, Aerospace and others.  ZJM also supplies many other types of Permanent Magnet Products including Sintered NdFeB, Ceramic (Ferrite) Magnets and Rubber Magnets.

ZJM's growth and esteem in the marketplace is due to the efforts of its' highly trained and professional staff.  In 2006 we moved our operations to a new 32,000 square meter facility.  Our five (5) factories are dedicated to specific materials and applications including High Performance Cast Alnico Magnets, Sintered SmCo Magnets, Magnetic Assemblies, typical Cast Alnico Magnets, and Research & Development.   Within our high performance Cast  Alnico factory we manufacture the hi-tech LNGT series which enjoys wide acceptance and has captured a proportional share of the world market.  Our SmCo magnets offer a combination of very high magnetic properties, outstanding thermal stability, and excellent corrosion resistance.

High Technology Standard

ZJM produces all grades of Cast Alnico Magnets, from the typical LN series, through the mid-grade LNG series to the exacting high tech LNGT series (Cast Alnico 2 through columnar or single crystal Cast Alnico 9).  Our fully dense sintered SmCo magnets include both 1:5 and 2:17 types, energy products from 17 to 30 MGOe, and maximum operating temperatures up to 300° C.  Our magnet quality is comparable to the best produced by the United States and Europe.

ZJM has attained the Quality Management System Certificate of ISO9001:2008 through successful completion of a  rigorous audit program.  Our Permanent Magnets, Magnetic Assemblies, and Components are made from the best materials, alloys, and steels available in accordance with uncompromising ISO standards..  We are ISO/TS-16949:2009 certified and in 2013 we were audited and certified a Sony Green Partner.
