The Kaleidescope is the same as any other normal kaleidescope. The VIEWING end is the top and you look inside the tall pyramid, tilting it up into the sky. The bottom is just like any other kaleidescope. But the colours are formed inside by CRYSTALS rather than by coloured paper or small glass beads as per normal kaleidescopes.
The entire piece is constructed like a 4-sided pyramid with mirrors. Material used is plastic. Height is about 13 - 14 inches
