PERFORMANCE BOND/
5% by seller revolving for monthly shipments value.
PAYMENT TERMS/
By an irrevocable confirmed L/C
Covering 50.000.-M/T revoling Ten times covering
1.000.000.-M/T payment 100% at sight.
PROCEDURE/
-Buyer issue's Letter of Intent
-Seller issue's Full corporate Offer
-Buyer sign's the Full corporate Offer in token of acceptance and send back to the seller
-Seller issue's draft contract to buyer
-Buyer and seller sign the contract after melding amendments if any.
-Hard copy of contract is exchanged by fax and courier (50.000 MT) revolving every month (each one 1.750.000 USD)
-Seller issue's a monthly revolving performance bond 5%
-Shipment Begins
